Our Goma Walnut Sourdough is naturally fermented and loaded with fragrant roasted black sesame and crunchy toasted walnuts. Nutty, aromatic and deeply flavourful with a soft crumb and crisp crust. Perfect for toasting, breakfast spreads, or everyday snacking. A unique black sesame sourdough you’ll keep coming back for.

 

Each loaf can get you about 8-10 slices, a good size to feed a family of 4 or to share it during parties and picnics.

  • Ingredients: Unbleached Bread Flour, Wholewheat Flour, Spelt Flour, German Rye Flour,  Fred (starter), Sea Salt, Water, Black Sesame Powder, Black Sesame Seeds, Walnuts

     

    Storage Instructions: Slice the loaf, about 1.5cm in thickness and store them in a ziplock bag/cling wrap/tupperware. Keep in the freezer for up to 1 month.To consume, heat up the oven at 180 degree celsius, and toast the bread slices for 3- 5 mins.
