Our Olive & Sun-Dried Tomato Focaccia is soft, airy, and baked with a golden crisp edge, loaded with juicy sun-dried tomatoes and briny olives for that bold, savoury kick. Finished with a drizzle of olive oil and a hint of herbs, every bite is fragrant, slightly tangy, and super addictive.

 

Each loaf can get you about 8-10 slices, a good size to feed a family of 4 or to share it during parties and picnics.

  • Ingredients: Bread Flour, Water, Sugar, Olive Oil, Yeast, Sea Salt, Olives, Sun-dried Tomatoes

     

    Storage Instructions: Slice the loaf, about 1.5cm in thickness and store them in a ziplock bag/cling wrap/tupperware. Keep in the freezer for up to 1 month.

     

    To consume, heat up the oven at 180 degree celsius, and toast the bread slices for 3- 5 mins.
