Each loaf can get you about 8-10 slices, a good size to feed a family of 4 or to share it during parties and picnics.
Hae Bi Hiam Focaccia
Ingredients: Bread Flour, Water, Sugar, Olive Oil, Yeast, Sea Salt, Hae Bi Hiam
Storage Instructions: Slice the loaf, about 1.5cm in thickness and store them in a ziplock bag/cling wrap/tupperware. Keep in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To consume, heat up the oven at 180 degree celsius, and toast the bread slices for 3- 5 mins.
