Aromas of fresh rosemary herb and olive oil rise from this hand-stretched focaccia, topped with flaky sea salt for a savoury crunch. Our Rosemary Sea Breeze is baked fresh, giving you a light, airy crumb and a crisp, rustic crust.

 

Each loaf can get you about 8-10 slices, a good size to feed a family of 4 or to share it during parties and picnics.

  • Ingredients: Bread Flour, Water, Sugar, Sea Salt, Rosemary, Olive Oil, Yeast

     

    Storage Instructions: Slice the loaf, about 1.5cm in thickness and store them in a ziplock bag/cling wrap/tupperware. Keep in the freezer for up to 1 month.

    To consume, heat up the oven at 180 degree celsius, and toast the bread slices for 3- 5 mins.
